What You’ll Do
  • Handle technical customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Perform data entry and use relevant software tools.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native or fluent German speaker with good English communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work shifts.
  • Basic software skills.
  • Open to working either in Athens or remotely/on-site depending on project needs.
