What You’ll Do
- Handle technical customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries professionally.
- Perform data entry and use relevant software tools.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native or fluent German speaker with good English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work shifts.
- Basic software skills.
- Open to working either in Athens or remotely/on-site depending on project needs.

- Competitive monthly salary ranging between €1200 and €1400, depending on the project, excluding performance bonuses.
