For one of our clients – an industry-leading, award-winning casino game provider and
software development company, committed to delivering high-quality, engaging, and
immersive gaming experiences, we are looking for – Head of International Broadcast and AV Technology.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and inspire a skilled AV team, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence;
*Own the end-to-end delivery of AV systems for game shows — from early design to live broadcast;
*Act as the go-to expert across multiple studios, ensuring global consistency and high-quality results;
*Explore and implement the latest in AV and broadcast tech to keep us ahead of the curve;
*Work hand-in-hand with creatives, producers, and tech leads to bring ambitious ideas to life;
*Set clear standards and workflows that scale with our fast-growing studio network;
*Jump in during key installations or challenges, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Candidate Requirements:
*Strong hands-on background in AV/broadcast tech — cameras, switchers, NDI/SDI, and beyond;
*Deep knowledge of imaging and signal systems — you know your way around lenses and live feeds;
*Experience with virtual sets, chroma keying, and real-time compositing is a big plus;
*Proven leadership skills — you enjoy guiding teams and making complex setups work;
*Cool under pressure, with sharp troubleshooting instincts and solid project skills;
*Excellent English skills, great communicator who works well across teams and time zones;
*Open to global travel and excited to support cutting-edge studios worldwide.
