Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Identifying customer issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Document actions and categorize cases
  • Assisting customers in using paid products
  • Escalate complex cases as needed
What They Offer:
  • Locally competitive, fixed base salary between €14.000-16.100,- (depending on experience in Customer Service)
  • Fixed annual language bonus between €2820-3240,- (based on experience in Customer Service)
  • €60,- Transport allowance a month
  • €7.63 Meal allowance per working day (net)
  • Relocation support: Our partner will provide you with a one-time relocation bonus of €2500 gross, approximately €1750,- net.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • C2 level minimum in German and English.
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Quick learner, empathetic, and team-oriented
  • Open to working fully onsite in Lisbon
  • Proactive attitude and strong team spirit
