Regarding your field of responsibilities:
As a Customer Support Agent, you will assist German-speaking customers with their questions and provide professional support across different communication channels. You will help customers find the right solutions while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Providing professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assisting customers with product-related questions and account inquiries
Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding users through solutions
Escalating complex cases to the relevant internal departments
Documenting customer interactions and following internal processes accurately
Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
Collaborating with international colleagues in a fast-paced environment
Your Profile:
Fluent German and English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good technical understanding and problem-solving abilities
Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
Able to work independently as well as within a team
Flexible, proactive, and adaptable
Previous experience in customer or technical support is an advantage
Comfortable working in a multicultural and dynamic environment
Motivated to relocate to Bulgaria and gain international experience
