Do you want to work in the travel industry and build a career in customer service? Our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives in Enschede or Amsterdam!

What will you do?
Assist travel agencies via phone with questions about bookings, flights, luggage, upgrades, and loyalty programs
Provide accurate and efficient solutions to customer inquiries
Handle special requests and complex cases with a solution-oriented mindset
Use reservation and CRM systems to manage customer interactions
Deliver excellent service and exceed customer expectations
Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Continuously develop product knowledge through training and cross-skilling
Candidate profile
Minimum MBO level 4 or equivalent working and thinking level
Previous experience in customer service or call center is preferred
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with complex computer systems
Team player with an international mindset
Flexible, service-oriented, and proactive attitude
