DESCRIPTION
Workster is partnering with a global leader in customer experience and digital solutions to recruit German-speaking Banking Customer Care Specialists for a financial services project in Szczecin, Poland. This role is a great opportunity to combine your interest in finance with a career in customer support within an international environment.
- Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries in banking and financial services.
- Handle customer requests through various channels (phone, email) and provide tailored support.
- Address customer financial challenges with empathy and professionalism.
- Conduct consultations to identify appropriate solutions for customer needs.
- Deliver high-quality service that strengthens customer relationships and ensures satisfaction.
- Accurately document all communications in the customer database.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent German (C1) in both written and spoken communication.
- Strong interest in financial topics and banking services.
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work within service hours (Monday–Sunday, 07:30–22:00) on a rotating shift schedule.
- Confident PC skills and ability to navigate digital tools.
