We're Hiring: Collections Officer – German Speaker

Are you fluent in German and passionate about finance and customer relations? Join a leading international company in the mobility sector, based in Oeiras, and contribute to efficient financial operations in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage collection activities to maximize cash flow;
• Contact customers with overdue accounts and investigate reasons for non-payment;
• Issue payment commitment letters and credit hold notifications;
• Coordinate changes to customer credit limits;
• Prepare and process small claims court complaints;
• Maintain accurate records of customer payment status.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in German and English is mandatory;
• Minimum education: High School diploma;
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections (preferred);
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Google/Microsoft tools;
• Experience with Oracle Financial Applications is a plus;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
