Join an international customer service team in sunny Lisbon and support customers of a leading drone and camera technology company.

The company develops innovative drones, cameras and image-stabilisation technologies.
Its products help content creators, travellers, photographers and filmmakers capture professional-quality images and videos.
You will support customers from the German market in an international and multicultural workplace.
The position is based in a modern office near Oriente in Lisbon, with excellent public transport connections.

???? Your Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales support to German-speaking customers by phone, email and online channels.
Answer questions about products, services and purchasing options.
Recommend suitable products according to each customer’s needs.
Assist with invoices, product availability, orders, shipping updates and logistics issues.
Handle customer complaints professionally and provide reassuring solutions.
Build positive relationships with customers and improve their overall experience.
Collect and analyse customer feedback to help optimise products and service processes.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

REQUIREMENTS

Native or fluent level of German.
Good command of English.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented, patient and professional.
Comfortable communicating by phone, email and online channels.
Able to remain calm when handling complaints or challenging situations.
Interested in drones, cameras and innovative technology.
Available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 22:00.

OFFER

Full-time position of 40 hours per week.
Eight-hour rotating shifts with an additional one-hour lunch break.
22 days of annual leave.
Holiday and Christmas allowances paid in monthly instalments.
Private health insurance from the first day of the employment contract.
Meal allowance of €7 per working day.
Monthly productivity bonus of up to €100, subject to performance, attendance and schedule adherence.
Optional accommodation in a company apartment.
