Are you a fluent German speaker with a passion for hospitality and customer service? Join an international hospitality technology company in Athens, Greece, and help restaurant professionals get the most out of their digital tools.

In this role, you’ll support customers through email, phone, live chat and WhatsApp, combining technical problem-solving with the warmth and empathy that define excellent hospitality. You’ll work in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where technology brings restaurants and their guests closer together.

🍽️ ABOUT THE JOB

As a German-speaking Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for restaurant professionals using the company’s hospitality technology platforms.

You’ll learn how the products work, answer customer questions and solve technical or account-related issues. Because restaurants often need immediate assistance before lunch or dinner service, you’ll need to understand the urgency of each situation and provide clear, efficient support.

💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Handle customer requests through email tickets, inbound and outbound calls, live chat and WhatsApp.
  • Represent the company with warmth, empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
  • Develop detailed knowledge of the company’s hospitality technology platforms.
  • Provide accurate and timely technical support to restaurant professionals.
  • Identify customers’ needs quickly and guide them towards the right solution.
  • Manage a high volume of daily requests while maintaining excellent service quality.
  • Recognise complex technical issues, bugs or billing requests and escalate them to the appropriate team.
  • Handle customer information and sensitive data responsibly.

REQUIREMENTS

  • German at C1 level or native proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • English at B2 level or higher.
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer relations or hospitality.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication, writing and active-listening skills.
  • Confidence using computers and learning new digital platforms.
  • The ability to understand the operational urgency of restaurant-related issues.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage your time effectively.

OFFER

€1,400 gross per month.

  • Performance bonus of up to 10%.

🕒 WORKING HOURS AND TRAINING

  • Operating hours: Monday to Sunday, between 09:30 and 19:00.
  • Two weeks of initial training, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.
  • On-site or hybrid working model in Athens, Greece.
