About the Role

  • Native‑level German (C2) and fluent English
  • Comfortable with technical troubleshooting and eager to learn new technologies
  • Strong ability to translate complex IT concepts into clear, user‑friendly language
  • Proficient with Google Docs/Sheets and general PC literacy
  • Patient, proactive, and a collaborative team player
  • EU passport or valid residence permit
