We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our People team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key part in attracting, engaging, and hiring the best talent across our European operations, while supporting recruitment-related projects and processes at Otovo.
You’ll have the opportunity to work in a fast-growing, international environment where collaboration, innovation, and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.
REQUIREMENTS
???? Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal recruitment processes from sourcing to screening for roles across Otovo’s European markets, including job posting, sourcing, and screening candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the process. EX is a must.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics using our HRIS and recruitment software.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and contribute to recruitment-related projects and process improvements.
