- Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
- Call existing German-speaking customers (warm calls only)
- Advise them on printers, toners, cartridges, and office supplies
- Convert orders to home brand products where it makes sense
- Spot upsell opportunities (more volume, better deals, smart bundles)
- Collaborate with your team to ensure every order goes smoothly and correctly
REQUIREMENTS
Native German speaker with a high level of English (B2).
Outstanding communication skills.
