DESCRIPTION
Join an international company specialized in digital customer experience and player support solutions. Work in a multicultural environment with passionate teams supporting the gaming industry. 
Be part of a project focused on delivering high-quality back office support to online players. The position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation support available for candidates living abroad.
 Your Responsibilities
  • Assist players with issues, reports, and support requests through back office channels.
  • Review uploaded content and ensure it follows the required guidelines.
  • Label and categorize content accurately according to internal processes.
  • Focus on player satisfaction and provide a smooth, high-quality support experience.
  • Share player feedback with the relevant internal teams.
  • Work closely with your team to improve support processes and service quality.

REQUIREMENTS
  • You are fluent in German and have a good level of English.
  • You have gaming experience and understand players’ mindset, communities, and expectations.
  • You are empathetic and able to understand issues from a player’s perspective.
  • You have an interest in player support, content review, labelling, or customer support.
  • You are detail-oriented and motivated to help players enjoy the best possible gaming experience.
  • You are available to work full-time in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday.

  • Gross monthly salary of €1,750.
