German Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Athens, Greece

We are currently recruiting German Speaking Customer Service Advisors to join an international team based in Athens, Greece. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to relocate and build an international career in customer support within a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking customers

Handle outbound phone communication and email correspondence

Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Meet individual and team performance targets and KPIs

Accurately document customer interactions within internal systems

Fluent German language skills (C1 level minimum)

Good English communication skills (B2 level minimum)

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Customer service experience is advantageous but not essential

Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

EU passport or valid documentation for relocation and employment

Monday to Saturday

Operating hours: 10:00 – 19:00 (Athens time)

Salary & Benefits

Gross monthly salary: €1,300

€950 base salary

€350 German language allowance

Up to 10% monthly bonus based on performance and KPIs

Eligible after the first 3 months (paid from the 4th month onward)

Private medical insurance

€5 daily meal allowance via Up Hellas Card

Permanent unlimited contract

Successful candidates relocating to Greece will receive:

Flight ticket to Athens

Airport taxi transfer

Accommodation in Airbnb for 4 weeks

Assistance with issuing hiring and relocation documents

Relocation support is available even without AFM and AMKA, provided candidates have:

A valid passport

Birth certificate
