German Speaking Customer Service Specialist

We are currently looking for German Speaking Customer Service Specialists to join an international team based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated candidates who are passionate about customer support, communication, and problem-solving, with the possibility to move to a hybrid working model after 6 months.

Start Date - 15th June

Salary & Benefits

€1750 gross monthly salary

Performance bonus of up to 10%

€1000 gross signing bonus:

€500 after successful completion of training

€100 monthly for the following 5 months

Relocation support of €260 gross/month for the first 3 months

Hybrid working model available after 6 months

Working Schedule

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Saturday between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally within agreed timelines

Provide troubleshooting support for electronic products

Escalate complex cases to senior teams when necessary

Accurately log customer interactions and maintain records

Consult product manuals and internal systems to provide appropriate solutions

Deliver excellent customer service through clear written and verbal communication

Manage multiple systems and tasks effectively while meeting KPIs

Adapt to new processes, policy updates, and campaign launches

Requirements

Fluent German language skills

Good English communication skills

Strong communication and listening abilities

High attention to detail and organizational skills

Comfortable working with multiple systems and applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Candidates currently based in Sofia are preferred

A Bulgarian Tax Identification Number (NRA agency office) is required for contractual purposes
