About the Role:
As a French or Italian-speaking Content Moderator, you’ll review videos, images, and posts across social media platforms, applying clear content policies and ensuring users feel safe and supported. This is a 24/7 shift-based role (including day, late, and night shifts), and you'll be working on-site in Thessaloniki.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content (videos, posts, profiles, etc.)
- Apply platform guidelines related to age restrictions, violence, sensitive material, and transparency
- Monitor abuse reports and escalate when necessary
- Participate in wellness and team activities to support a healthy workplace
Requirements:
- Native or near-native French or Italian, and fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines
- Comfortable handling sensitive content
- Willing to relocate to Thessaloniki and work on-site
- Open to 24/7 rotating shifts
- European passport or Greek work permit
