Join a leading French multinational outsourcer to support one of the world’s most widely used search engines in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide professional French-language assistance to users and advertisers while ensuring the best customer experience.

 

Main tasks:

  • Deliver high-quality technical support via phone, chat and email to French-speaking customers and digital advertisers.
  • Assist with account setup, pre-sales questions and digital marketing campaign optimization.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, document case information and follow escalation processes to resolution.
  • Collaborate with technicians and update internal ticketing systems in English.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, adhere to quality guidelines and represent the company professionally.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Native-level French (C2) with strong English (C1).
  • Experience in customer service or technical support; knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; patient, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn technical concepts.
  • EU passport or valid residence permit and willingness to relocate to Lisbon.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow processes.
