We’re seeking French-speaking professionals to join our subscription management team for a premium mobility brand.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Manage new subscriptions
  • Monitor incoming orders
  • Deliver Level 1 customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Qualify sales opportunities and forward complex cases to Sales Coordinators
  • Update and expand the internal Knowledge Base
  • Coordinate deliveries and returns, manage logistics updates, and notify customers proactively about delays
  • Support roadside assistance, incident handling, and insurance documentation
  • Manage renewals, retention offers, and maintenance bookings
  • Coordinate registration/deregistration of vehicles through partner agencies
  • Handle fines, payment follow-ups, and escalation to debt collection when needed
  • Supervise vehicle preparation, refurbishment, and damage reconciliation
REQUIREMENTS
Your profile:
  • Native French speaker, fluent in English
  • Based in the EU and able to work as a self-employed contractor
  • Proven customer service or contact center experience (mobility/automotive experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication and sales support skills
  • Emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and attentive to detail
  • Skilled with CRM tools (Salesforce knowledge is an advantage)
  • Independent, organized, and reliable
