Your relocation will be fully supported by our partner, which includes:

About our partner: We have been working together with our trusted partner for over half a decade. They are a large player in the Contact Center Industry and have helped hundreds of others to relocate in recent years to Bulgaria!

About the project: This specific project is for a leading employee benefits provider. The job involves:
-Responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing timely and effective solutions.

-Building and maintaining strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients to ensure satisfaction.

-Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.

-Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and identify trends for process improvement.

Upon your first weeks, they will provide you with all necessary training to get fully settled in your new role.

This role can be done in both a hybrid or full remote setting from anywhere in Bulgaria!

European residency is required to live and work in Bulgaria. Therefore, at this point in time, we can only consider candidates that either hold a valid EU passport or Identity Card. Candidates based in Bulgaria could be considered when holding valid working documents.
