DESCRIPTION

Main responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot IT issues
- Handle, prioritize, and resolve incoming support cases
- Keep users informed about the progress of their cases
- Document incidents and solutions accurately
- Escalate or assign more complex technical issues when needed
Candidate profile:
- Fluent Dutch and English
- Czech is considered a plus
- Good understanding of IT products, services, and terminology
- Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks is beneficial
