DESCRIPTION

Join a newly established international team in Brno, providing IT support to employees of a globally recognized home-furnishing company. The position offers a hybrid work model, comprehensive training, and long-term career opportunities.

Main responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot IT issues
Handle, prioritize, and resolve incoming support cases
Keep users informed about the progress of their cases
Document incidents and solutions accurately
Escalate or assign more complex technical issues when needed

Candidate profile:

Fluent Dutch and English
Czech is considered a plus
Good understanding of IT products, services, and terminology
Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks is beneficial
