About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, promoting digital advertising solutions, and developing new business opportunities. You will work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while collaborating with a supportive and multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and promote advertising solutions.
Build, maintain, and update customer records using CRM tools.
Develop and expand the customer base across the Benelux region.
Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers.
Analyze competitors and market opportunities to support sales strategies.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Identify growth opportunities and support business expansion initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
Native or C2-level Dutch.
Good level of English.
Previous sales experience (approximately 20 months preferred).
Strong CRM experience and customer management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Benelux Market Knowledge
Understanding of Benelux business culture and market dynamics.
Ability to identify and target high-growth companies.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising ecosystems.
Understanding of ROI discussions and marketing performance metrics.
Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
Ability to tailor outreach strategies to local market needs.
