This fast-paced campaign focuses on B2B and B2C customer acquisition, inbound sales conversions, and outbound appointment setting for top global brands. Operating out of a state-of-the-art office hub, the project emphasizes modern sales enablement, continuous professional growth, and a dynamic target-driven culture.
Your Role
Connect with prospective clients or customers to identify opportunities, pitch tailored solutions, and secure qualified appointments or close sales.
Navigate objections seamlessly, guide prospects through the conversion pipeline, and meet individual and team performance metrics.
Maintain high energy and professionalism, ensuring every touchpoint positions the brand favorably.
Requirments
Persuasive communicator with a natural instinct for sales and target achievement
Fluent in Dutch with professional proficiency in English
Resilient under pressure, thrives in a metric-driven environment, and stays focused on closing
Fast learner who easily adapts to new product lines, sales scripts, and CRM software
Background in sales, telemarketing, business development, or lead generation is a plus but not needed
