Purpose of the role:
- As a member of the TP team, you will be working on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads by Google.
- You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.
Your responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and/or emails) per day
- Strategically qualify leads and manage a complex sales pipeline across diverse markets.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor advertising solutions to business goals.
- Set clear expectations and guide businesses through advanced onboarding processes.
- Master regional onboarding protocols and provide authoritative guidance.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure complete and accurate verification.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate feedback through structured channels.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- C2 level of Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- More than 2 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer-facing role
- Proven success in call center or high-volume sales environments.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational mastery.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong autonomy and decision-making capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business.
- Experience in collaborative team settings.
- Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).

OFFER
- Full-time (39 hours/week) hybrid position in Barcelona
- Salary: 23.876€ gross/year + up to 3.408€ gross/year in bonus.
