Your role
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly and professional voice of Specsavers, helping customers across different channels.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in Dutch.
- Supporting customers via Live Chat and email.
- Helping customers with questions about online orders, payments, products and promotions.
- Handling calls transferred from Specsavers stores and accurately recording customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Making customer satisfaction your number one priority and looking for ways to improve the customer experience.
- Following established procedures and processes while delivering a high-quality service.
- Working closely with your team and communicating effectively across different channels.
- Working towards and achieving your individual and team performance targets.
- With time and training, you may also have the opportunity to support customers through Social Media.
What we're looking for
You don't need to have everything figured out from day one. We provide fully paid training to help you build the knowledge and confidence you need to succeed.
We're looking for someone who:
- Speaks and writes Dutch fluently.
- Has a good level of English, as training and internal communication are delivered in English.
- Is comfortable using computers, CRM systems and working across multiple systems at the same time.
- Is naturally customer-focused, patient and professional, including when handling challenging situations.
- Is proactive, curious and eager to learn about Specsavers' products, services and processes.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment where things can change and evolve.
- Is a strong team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.

You'll receive:
- Permanent Spanish employment contract with all applicable benefits.
- 19,623€ gross annual base salary + up to 1,800€ gross annual bonus.
- A progressive bonus structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your total annual compensation.
- Full-time or part-time options
- Rotating schedule:
Monday–Friday: 08:00–21:00hs
Saturday: 09:00–17:00hs - Two weekends off every month.
- Fully paid training to set you up for success.
- 1,000€ relocation package to help you make your move to Spain.
- Paid annual leave: 4 weeks + 4 days per calendar year.
