About the Role
Are you a motivated, goal-oriented sales professional who enjoys connecting with businesses and creating new opportunities?
We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Business Development Representative to join our growing Business Development team in Barcelona. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for businesses across the Benelux market, helping them understand how cloud solutions can address their business challenges and support their growth.
You will identify and qualify new sales opportunities, engage decision-makers through outbound campaigns, understand their needs, and connect qualified prospects with the appropriate sales teams.

What You'll Do
Identify and qualify high-potential business opportunities across the Benelux market.
Manage assigned accounts and proactively engage prospective customers.
Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting activities, including cold calling.
Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand their business challenges.
Discover customer needs and connect them with relevant cloud solutions.
Build strong relationships and create value throughout the early stages of the sales cycle.
Meet quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) quotas and daily/weekly activity targets.
Maintain accurate customer and prospect information in Salesforce CRM.
Manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, and sales activities effectively.
Document customer conversations, requirements, and deal information clearly for internal stakeholders.
Work closely with the wider sales organization to develop pipeline and grow the customer base across EMEA.
Consistently work towards individual and team KPIs, including productivity, conversion, opportunities, and pipeline generation.
What We're Looking For
C2 level Dutch and C1 level English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in IT, technology, cloud, or outbound sales.
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, ideally with exposure to cloud platform solutions.
Proven experience in outbound prospecting and cold calling.
Experience working against sales targets or quotas.
Ability to identify business challenges and connect them with appropriate technical solutions.
Experience managing a substantial portfolio of accounts or prospects.
Experience using Salesforce or another enterprise CRM platform.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers.
Goal-oriented, resilient, self-motivated, and persistent in achieving objectives.
