What will you do?
-Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and/or chat
-Assist with questions about online orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and payments
-Help customers manage their accounts and resolve login or profile-related issues
-Provide information about products, sellers, order statuses, and platform procedures
-Investigate missing, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders
-Guide customers through the online shopping platform and explain available features
-Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution
-Deliver accurate and customer-friendly solutions while maintaining high satisfaction
-Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers
Candidate profile
-Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
-Previous experience in customer service, e-commerce, retail, or a service-related role is an advantage
-Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
-Comfortable assisting customers through different communication channels
-Motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
-Willing to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
