Are you an experienced Dutch-speaking Rater looking for your next remote opportunity? Join Welo Data and help improve the quality of AI systems while working from anywhere.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Review and evaluate AI-generated content for quality and accuracy.
- Support and mentor Raters to improve rating quality and consistency.
- Ensure annotations follow project guidelines and quality standards.
- Analyze datasets and identify quality trends.
- Conduct Tier 2 quality reviews and collaborate with global teams.
REQUIREMENTS
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF:
- You are a Dutch speaker.
- You are located in Spain, United Kingdom, Greece, Ireland, Italy, or Romania.
- You have 1+ year of experience in Rating, Search Quality, AI Evaluation, Data Annotation, or Content Evaluation.
- You have English proficiency (B2 or above).
- You possess strong analytical, communication, and research skills.

⏰ 30 hours/week (possibility to extend to 40 hours/week)

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Dutch language proficiency is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of Rating/Annotation/Evaluation experience is required.
- Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Must be eligible to work as a freelancer in your country of residence.
