-Assist customers with questions about orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and products.

-Help customers navigate the online shopping platform and resolve account-related inquiries.

-Investigate and resolve customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.

-Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records.

-Follow up on ongoing cases to ensure timely resolution.

-Deliver an outstanding customer experience with empathy and professionalism.

-Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience while adhering to company guidelines.

-Native-level Dutch with fluent English (C1).

-Currently living in mainland Portugal and legally authorized to work.

-Able to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and suitable home workspace.

-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

-Customer-focused mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.

-Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce is an advantage but not required.

-Remote position from anywhere in mainland Portugal.
