What will you do?
- Provide first-level technical support, service restoration, and fulfillment of service requests
- Act as the link between end users and product teams
- Register, analyze, prioritize, resolve, and assign incoming support cases within agreed service levels
- Communicate with end users regarding the progress of ongoing cases
- Deliver support in accordance with KPIs, OKRs, and internal service agreements
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of incidents
- Resolve more complex technical issues within the assigned business area using different support channels
- Contribute to improving user productivity through efficient technical support
