What will you do?
  • Provide first-level technical support, service restoration, and fulfillment of service requests
  • Act as the link between end users and product teams
  • Register, analyze, prioritize, resolve, and assign incoming support cases within agreed service levels
  • Communicate with end users regarding the progress of ongoing cases
  • Deliver support in accordance with KPIs, OKRs, and internal service agreements
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of incidents
  • Resolve more complex technical issues within the assigned business area using different support channels
  • Contribute to improving user productivity through efficient technical support

REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Business-level Czech language skills can be a bonus, but not required
  • Good understanding of the supported business area and connected products and services
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Agile frameworks, and service governance principles
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and terminology
  • Excellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, especially during business-critical situations
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
