Digital Trust & Safety Specialist (French & English)

As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will:

• Review user-generated content in a back-office environment to ensure compliance with company policies.

• Assess and moderate sensitive or potentially disturbing content with professionalism and accuracy.

• Take appropriate action on content that violates community guidelines or poses risks.

• Stay up to date with internal policies and apply them consistently.

• Identify trends and behavioral patterns to proactively detect fraud, spam, and other policy violations.

• Fluent French (spoken and written).

• English at B2 level or above.

• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Ability to make objective decisions and clearly justify your reasoning.

• Comfortable working with sensitive content.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in content moderation, fraud investigation, or trust and safety is an advantage but not required.

• €1,485 gross monthly salary.

• €1,500 gross relocation bonus, paid in two instalments.
