The Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our German-speaking clients, ensuring they have seamless experiences with our services. This role involves managing a variety of customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, and tickets, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex cases appropriately.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries using various communication channels.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality.
- Respond to customers in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues using product knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
