Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)
Salary: €26,276 gross/year + up to €3,408 bonus
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Executive for the Nordic market to join a growing Sales Ads Agency team in Barcelona.
In this role, you’ll partner with media and creative agencies across the Nordic region, helping them scale their clients’ businesses through effective digital advertising solutions. You’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting new partners to closing deals and growing long-term relationships.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound sales, building strong client relationships, and working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and prospect new agency partners across the Nordic market through outbound outreach (calls, emails, networking)
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to deal closure
Present tailored advertising strategies aligned with client objectives
Build and grow a portfolio of agency accounts
Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders
Use data and insights to demonstrate value and increase investment
Run regular performance reviews and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Act as a product expert, advising on ad formats and best practices
Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in Salesforce
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead quality and sales strategy
What We’re Looking For
C2 level in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) + C1 level English
Experience in sales, digital advertising, or agency account management
Strong prospecting and closing skills
Confidence in pitching and negotiating with decision-makers
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Understanding of media agencies and digital advertising ecosystems
Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or similar is a plus
Proactive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated mindset
