DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about customer service and eager to work in a fast-growing fintech company? We are looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Success Representative to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will provide top-tier support to our Danish customers, helping them with a wide range of inquiries, from technical support and loan applications to invoice-related questions.

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring fast and effective resolutions.
Assist in underwriting companies and evaluating financial data.
Contact customers to help resolve late invoice payments.
Collaborate with different teams to improve internal processes and customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in Danish and English (written & spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in phone and email support.
A strong problem-solver with a customer-first mindset.
A basic understanding of financial products is a plus.
Experience in fintech or a fast-growing company is an advantage.
