Client & Sales Support Advisor with Lithuanian and English

At TTEC, we highly value your bilingual skills, and we're pleased to invite you to join our team.
We are actively seeking Client & Sales Support Advisor with Lithuanian and English working on-site from our office, located in Sofia, Bulgaria, who will play a vital role in creating and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our client, specializing in transportation, e-commerce, and business services.

What You’ll be Doing:
In this role, you’ll work effectively to service and upsell client products to existing customers. Focusing on educating the customer about their current products, you’ll also identify and capitalize on all other sale opportunities for products that may pair well with their current products and future needs.
Your day-to-day work will be connected to:
Handle customer sales calls, conducting pre-call research, managing pricing, and overseeing back-office administration;
Identify the customer's shipping needs to secure their business or alternatively direct the lead to the appropriate channel;
Analyze customers shipping profiles to identify upsell opportunities;
Assist current paying customers in transitioning their shipping profiles while maintaining their business and showcasing its value.

You will align well with our team if you possess:
Fluency in Lithuanian and English;
6 months of sales experience will be an advantage;
Demonstrated proficiency in sales negotiation and closing techniques;
Adopt a well-rounded approach that includes cold calling, relationship building, sales process and appointment setting;
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment;
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills;
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and contributing to business growth.
