Icelandic-Speaking Solutions Consultant
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Salary: €1,945 gross per month + relocation assistance

No technical background is required! You'll receive fully paid training to develop the skills and product knowledge you need to succeed in a supportive, international working environment.

• Competitive Salary: €1,945 gross per month.
• Relocation Bonus: €1,200 gross, paid in two instalments to help cover relocation and initial rental costs.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional customer support for products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers through phone, email, and live chat.
• Resolve customer enquiries efficiently while meeting agreed service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Use CRM software, ticketing systems, and internal knowledge bases to manage customer requests.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response times, and first-contact resolution.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute to team knowledge.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with product knowledge and procedures.

• Fluency in Icelandic and English, both written and spoken.
