Wil jij klanten helpen en meewerken aan uitstekende service binnen de telecomsector? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou! 

Functieomschrijving 
Als klantenadviseur ondersteun je klanten met vragen over hun telecomdiensten. Je behandelt zowel administratieve als technische vragen en zorgt steeds voor een duidelijke en klantgerichte oplossing. 

Je helpt klanten met uiteenlopende vragen, zoals: 
  • Verhuizingen 
  • Facturatiekwesties 
  • Technische problemen (internet werkt niet of is traag) 
  • Problemen met decoder of afstandsbediening 
  • ... 
Na je inwerkperiode en zodra je voldoende ervaring hebt opgebouwd, krijg je ook de kans om klanten te ondersteunen via andere kanalen zoals e-mail en sociale media. Een vlotte en foutloze schrijfstijl is hierbij essentieel. 
REQUIREMENTS
Jouw profiel: 
  • Bij voorkeur ervaring in een callcenter 
  • Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen 
  • Empathisch en klantgericht ingesteld 
  • Je helpt graag mensen en blijft geduldig in elke situatie 
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
