For one of our clients – a top provider of digital solutions and AI automation, helping global brands enhance experiences in fintech, high-tech, tourism, and gaming, we are looking for – Content Monitoring Associate with Dutch (Relocation to Bulgaria) HYBRID

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess user-generated content and advertisements to ensure compliance with community and platform standards;
• Detect and flag sensitive, harmful, or inappropriate material for further action;
• Make clear and timely moderation decisions with accuracy and consistency;
• Apply platform guidelines and procedures effectively in daily tasks;
• Meet established targets for quality, accuracy, and productivity;
• Work closely with team leads and colleagues to enhance moderation practices and workflows.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch - written and spoken;
• Solid command of English (B2 level or higher);
• Ability to manage exposure to sensitive or graphic material with professionalism and resilience;
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical thinking;
• Flexibility to work different shifts during the day;
• Previous experience in content moderation is an advantage, but not mandatory — training is provided.
