As a Turkish Speaker you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Fluency in Turkish (written and verbal).
  • Fluency in English (for internal communication)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
