Your Responsibilities:
- Represent a well-known international car rental brand
- Communicate with customers via phone and email in Italian
- Assist clients with:
- New reservations
- Booking modifications
- Cancellations
- General travel and mobility inquiries
- Provide tailored mobility solutions based on customer needs
- Deliver excellent customer service through professional and friendly communication
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and service quality
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent Italian (C1 level or higher)
- Good English skills for internal communication
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Positive attitude and team spirit
- No previous experience required — full training is provided
