Sales Acquisition Specialist (German-speaking)
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €24,310 gross/year + up to €4,290 bonus
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Acquisition Specialist to join a fast-moving sales team within a global home-sharing platform. In this role, you’ll focus on bringing new hosts onto the platform and helping grow a strong network of professional partners.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential hosts, guiding them through the onboarding process and showing them the value of joining the platform. This is a target-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and working in a dynamic environment.
What you’ll do
New business acquisition
Identify and reach out to potential hosts and partners via calls, email, and other channels
Deliver tailored sales pitches and guide prospects through onboarding
Relationship building
Build trust quickly with decision-makers
Act as a trusted advisor, sharing insights on the platform and market trends
Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience
Pipeline management
Manage and progress leads through the sales funnel
Meet or exceed individual sales targets
Keep CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot) up to date
Share insights based on client feedback and activity
Team collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to achieve shared goals
Contribute ideas to improve processes and performance
Take part in training and ongoing development
What we’re looking for
At least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruitment
Native or C2-level German and C1-level English
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
Experience with outbound sales and handling high-volume activity
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms
Strong communication and presentation skills
Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
Resilient, coachable, and results-driven
Nice to have
Background in travel, SaaS, property, or digital marketing
Formal sales training or recognition (e.g. top performer awards)
