German-Speaking Co-Host Onboarding Specialist
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Salary: €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 bonus
We’re looking for a driven Co-Host Onboarding Specialist to help grow a strong network of local co-hosts for a global home-sharing platform.
In this role, your main focus will be identifying and converting high-potential hosts into co-hosts. These are local professionals who support property owners in managing and monetizing their homes. You’ll combine sales skills, relationship building, and market insight to expand a high-quality co-host community.

What you’ll do
Co-host acquisition & relationship building
Identify and reach out to potential co-hosts in key markets
Use phone, email, and other channels to explain the value of the program
Build trust with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Deliver tailored, consultative pitches and guide prospects through onboarding
Growing the co-host network
Match co-hosts with property owners based on needs and location
Support and streamline the sign-up process
Pipeline management
Manage leads and track progress using Salesforce and internal tools
Meet or exceed outreach, acquisition, and engagement targets
Share insights and recommendations based on client feedback
Collaboration & improvement
Act as the voice of the customer to highlight opportunities for growth and improvement
Work closely with sales teams, program managers, and other stakeholders
Stay up to date with market trends and tools
Take part in ongoing training and development
What we’re looking for
1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or another client-facing role
Degree or equivalent practical experience
Native or C2-level German and strong English
Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to meet or exceed targets
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
Confident in written, verbal, and phone communication
Nice to have
Experience with Salesforce, Mixmax, or similar tools
Background in hospitality, property management, or related industries
A structured, process-driven mindset
High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal awareness
Solution-focused approach to challenges

REQUIREMENTS
