DESCRIPTION
Are you a technically savvy Dutch person who is ready for a new adventure? This is your chance to join an international team in sunny Portugal and help users of world-renowned mobile and desktop devices.
  • Manage complex orders from start to finish from a back office.
  • Handle escalations and collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues quickly.
  • Investigate issues and make decisions that are important for customer satisfaction.
  • Contact customers by phone and email to keep them informed and provide solutions.
  • Keep everything organised with internal tools and follow company rules.

REQUIREMENTS
  • You speak Dutch like a native speaker and your English is also excellent.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and can perform tasks accurately.
  • You are good at solving problems and making decisions, even when you don't receive much guidance.
  • You can work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus, but you will receive training if necessary.
  • You are flexible with working hours and can work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to midnight).
