- Manage complex orders from start to finish from a back office.
- Handle escalations and collaborate with internal teams and partners to resolve issues quickly.
- Investigate issues and make decisions that are important for customer satisfaction.
- Contact customers by phone and email to keep them informed and provide solutions.
- Keep everything organised with internal tools and follow company rules.
REQUIREMENTS
- You speak Dutch like a native speaker and your English is also excellent.
- You have a keen eye for detail and can perform tasks accurately.
- You are good at solving problems and making decisions, even when you don't receive much guidance.
- You can work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience with SAP is a plus, but you will receive training if necessary.
- You are flexible with working hours and can work shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 a.m. to midnight).
