Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Agent
Málaga, Spain
Salary: €1,583.33 gross/month
Temporary (6 months) + possible extension
Weekly Hours: 39 hours/week
Job Duties
- Receive inbound calls and provide customer service in Portuguese and Spanish.
- Handle sales and reservations for a major hotel chain.
- Focus on closing bookings, so sales experience and a commercial background are highly desirable.
- Assist with general inquiries, complaints, or service requests.
Requirements
- Languages:
- Portuguese (Native or Fluent)
- Spanish (Fluent)
- English (Minimum level B2)
- Experience:
- At least 1 year in the tourism sector
- Sales/commercial experience preferred
- Availability:
- Must be able to work Monday to Sunday, including alternate weekends
- Shifts between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
- Training:
- In-person, from August 25 to September 5, 2025
