Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
You can choose between two options:
Option 1
• €1,369 gross per month
• Free accommodation (private room in a shared company apartment)
Option 2
• €1,635 gross per month

Our client is a global meal-kit company that delivers pre-portioned ingredients and easy-to-follow recipes directly to customers’ homes. The Role
You’ll be responsible for customer service and reactivation activities across digital channels, including outbound calls, email, and chat. Your main goal is to support customers by answering questions, helping manage subscriptions, and delivering a high standard of service.
Working as part of a multilingual team, you’ll support customers across several European markets. A key part of the role involves contacting former or inactive subscribers, understanding why they left, and helping them return by offering solutions that fit their needs.
You’ll be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, providing accurate and helpful support through both phone and written channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the main point of contact for customers in your assigned market(s)
• Make outbound calls to former subscribers to understand their needs and encourage reactivation
• Assist with questions about meal plans, deliveries, subscription options, and recipes
• Resolve issues efficiently to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
• Deliver service aligned with the company’s focus on simple, enjoyable home cooking
• Support team targets and overall business objectives
Requirements
• Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written)
• Good level of English
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems and communication platforms
Compensation
You can choose between two options:

• €1,369 gross per month

Working Hours
40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 20:00 and Saturday 8:00 till 20:00.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
• Fluent in Norwegian (spoken and written)
• Good level of English
• At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using digital tools such as CRM systems and communication platforms
