The Role

You’ll provide customer support across phone, email, and chat (depending on the market). The role focuses on helping users understand and use the company’s products effectively, while resolving any issues they may face.

Support areas include onboarding new users, handling logistics-related questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with financial queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers with account setup and onboarding

• Assist with orders, deliveries, and logistics-related questions

• Troubleshoot issues with the app, card reader, and accessories

• Help customers understand transactions, deposits, and reports

• Provide clear and accurate product information

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed

• Ensure each interaction is handled professionally and efficiently

Working Hours

• 40 hours per week

• Rotational shifts:

o Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00

o Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00

Work Setup

This role is currently fully remote. There may be a transition to an office-based setup in the future.

You can choose between two options:

Option 1

• €1,369 gross per month

• Free accommodation (private room in a shared company apartment)

Option 2

• €1,635 gross per month

• No accommodation included
