DESCRIPTION
  • Support new merchants during onboarding, guiding them through setup and activation of SumUp products (Card Readers, POS Lite/Plus/Pro, Kiosk)
  • Drive early product adoption by assisting with key activation steps, training sessions, and first transaction goals
  • Monitor merchant activity, proactively reaching out to inactive users to offer support and boost engagement
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of onboarding experience
  • Respond to inquiries and troubleshoot onboarding issues, escalating complex cases and covering the inbound support line as needed
REQUIREMENTS
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 or C2)
  • A natural problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • An outstanding communicator who genuinely enjoys helping customers
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Excited to work onsite at our Barcelona HQ
