Join a customer-focused team where you'll combine support, problem-solving and sales. You'll help customers find the right solutions while creating a smooth and positive experience.

Handle customer inquiries via voice and email

Provide technical troubleshooting and clear solutions

Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services

Support sales opportunities while keeping customer satisfaction at the center

Maintain accurate documentation and follow established procedures

Fluent Dutch

English is preferred, but not required

Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Motivation to learn and develop your customer and sales skills

Monday–Friday: 09:00–22:00 | Saturday: 09:00–19:00

You’ll work 8-hour shifts according to schedule.

Training: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

The first 6 months are on-site, with the possibility to move to a remote setup based on performance.
