
DESCRIPTION
Workster partners with leading outsourcing and BPO companies hiring Polish-speaking Customer Support Specialists both in Poland and abroad.
Contract type: Full-time or Part-time (employment contract)
Mode: On-site only
Your Role:
- Providing customer support and reservation assistance via phone and email
- Entering and updating data in the internal system
- Resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborating with internal teams and following company procedures
- Ensuring high-quality service at all times
Work Schedule:
- Shifts including up to 2 weekends per month
- Flexible options: 20h / 30h / 40h per week
Nice to Have:
- Availability to start on one of the upcoming training dates: August 4, or September 1

REQUIREMENTS
- German language proficiency at C1 level (mandatory)
- English at minimum B2 level
- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Good organizational skills and stress resilience
- Permanent residence in or near Gdańsk (must-have)
- Willingness to work fully on-site in our office
