Are you experienced on the phone and are you looking for a new opportunity? Our client in the SaaS sector provides an e-commerce solution to small- and medium sized enterprises. Now, they are seeking a German-speaking Sales Development Representative to join their team.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive business growth by acquiring new clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions through calls and emails. Your role entails:
- Researching client needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Developing and implement strategies to secure new business.
- Working with Sales Specialists to generate and convert leads.
- Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations.
- Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Requirements:
- Native level of German
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus as well)
- At least a year of sales experience on the phone (ideally B2B in SaaS)
- Active listening skills
- A willingness to learn
- Healthy ambition to stand out and achieve goals
- Working and collaborating as a team
- Good communication skills
